I hereby certify that Transfer Inheritance Tax on the estate of the above decedent

which said tax was paid in full included,among other items,real estate located in your
County,dl.:lscribed in the appraisement as follows:
ALL that certain parcel of land situate in the Borough
of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being desig-
nated as Lots numbered three (3),four (4),and five (5),
in Block Numbered Eleven (11),of the Union Improvement
Company's Plan of Lots of the Borough of Donora,which
said Lots lie between Fourth and Fifth Street fronting
on the ~est Side of McKean Avenue,together a distance
of sixty-six (66)feet and extending back therefrom,
preserving an equal width of sixty-six (66)feet a dis-
tance of one hundred (100)feet to ~inden Alley.
BEING the same property conveyed to Benjamin Fried-
lander and Sadie Friedlander,his wife,by deed dated
October 1,1941 and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds
Office of Washington County,Pennsylvania in Deed Book
Volume 651,Page 42.The said Benjamin Friedlander
died on June 12,1961 vesting title to the within des-
cribed property in Sadie Friedlander,the surviving
tenant by the entireties.
