publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wiU,s heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeraZ expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as 800n
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give,bequeath and devise unto my beloved wife,Dorothy,
and my beloved daughter,Caroline,as joint tenants with the right of
survivorship,all that certain property k/a 153 Chestnut Street,Muse,
Pennsylvania,being one-half<t)of a double building,together with
one-half <!)of the lot upon which it is erected.
Third •.I give,bequeath and devise unto my beloved daughter,
Katherine G.Durish,all that certain property k/a 154 Chestnut Street,
Muse,Pennsylvania,being one-half <t)of a double building,together
with one-half <!)of the lot upon which it is erected,sUbject however
to the payment by her of the legacies set forth in Paragraph 4.
Fourth.I give and bequeath the following legacies to be payable
by Katherine G.Durish as part of the consideration for the devise to
her:Delores Mazza,$500.00;Mike Gergosky,Jr.,$500.00;and,Andrew J.
Gergosky,$500.00.
Fifth.The balance of my estate,real,personal and mixed,I give,
bequeath and devise to my beloved wife Dorothy Gergosky.~
