Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and rrerrory,do hereby make,publish and
declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any
and all wills and Codicils I fomerly may have made.
FIRST:I hereby direct the payrnent of my
just debts and funeral expenses out of the assets of 1l!1'estate as soon after 1l!1'
demise as may be found convenient and proper by 1l!1'Executor or Executrix herein-
after named.
SECOND:I hereby give,devise,donate and
bequeath my real estate situate in Atlasburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
together with all contents,furnishings and fixtures,exclusive of cash,rroney,
securities and financial papers,to the two children of my step-son,Robert,
to-wit,Amy Lynn Bertolotti and Robert Bertolotti,to be theirs absolutely
and forever,per stirpes.
THIRD:I hereby give,donate,bequeath and
devise any and all autorrobiles or rrotor vehicles ONIled by me at the t.iIre of 1l!1'
demise to my step-granddaughter,Amy Lynn Bertolotti,to be hers absolutely and
forever,per stirpes.
FOUR'IH:All the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,be it real,personal or mixed,tangible or intangible,of whatsoever

Bertolotti,William Bertolotti and Thelma Zinmer,and the two children of IT¥
deceased stepson,Robert Bertolotti,.Amy Lynn Bertolotti and Robert Bertolotti,
in four equal shares,share and share alike,per stirpes.As to my residuary
estate,it is IT¥express direction,intent and command that the sarre be divided
into four equal shares and one share be given to each of IT¥three stepchildren
as narred above and the remaining one-fourth share be given to the two children
of IT¥deceased stepson,Robert,per stirpes.
FIFTI-I:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
the widc:w of IT¥deceased stepson,Robert Bertolotti,to wit,Helen Bertolotti,
as Executrix of this IT¥Last will and Testarrent.In the event she should be
unable to serve for whatever reason,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
~Lynn Bertolotti to serve in her stead and as her successor.
SIXTH:I direct that no personal representative
narred in this Will shall be required to furnish any bond or other security in
any jurisdiction for the faithful performance of his or her duties as such,the
same being specifically waived hereby and that if any rule or law requires a bond
to be posted,then no surety shall be required thereon in the administration of
this estate.
SEVENTH:I hereby direct that all estate,

way of implication or otherwise of the powers and discretions elsewhere herein
granted or those conferred by law,I give to rry personal representatives the powe
ancl duthority to do anything in their unrestricted judgrrent and discretion they
may deem advisable for the better managerrent and preservation of rry property
