LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT IJ MILES ERNEST GORDON,of R.D.1,Eighty Four, Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under- standing,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. ~ 1.I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral' expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. 2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,both real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Mary Belle Gordon. In the event my wife does not survive me I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate as follows: (a).One-third to my daughter,Joanne Pierce; (b).One-third to my stepson,Robert Simpson; (c):One -third to my stepson,Donald Simpson; (d).In the event my daught2r and two stepsons or any of them,are not living at the time of my death,the share of such deceased person or persons as the case may be shall be paid and distributed to her or hi's thenliving issue per stirpes,or in default of issue then surviving such deceased person or persons,their share shall be added to the share distri- buted to said other living persons,or her or his issue as the case may be in equal shares. 3.I name and appoint my wife,Mary Belle Gordon,as Executrix, of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event my said wife is not living at the time of my death I name and appoint Jay W.Troutman,as Executor.
