uounty,~enn8ylvania,do hereby make and publish this my last will
and testament hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made.
ll'IRST:-I direct that my Executor shall pay all my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon as may conveniently be done after
my decease.
3ECOND:-I give,devise and bequeath unto my ~xecutor,
hereinafter named,all of my property,real,personal and mixed for
the following trusts and purposes,viz:-
la)To sell all of my real estate either at public or
private sale upon such terms and at such prices,in whole or
in parts,as my ~xecutor shall deem to the best interest of
my estate.
tb)To invest the funds arising from such sale in other
real estate to be used for a home for my family,or in such
securities as may be authorized by law and to re-invest the
same from time to time and collect the income therefrom.
(c)To apply and pay to my wife,Gelena Balliard,all
of the income arising from my estate,and to pay to Celena
Halliard,my wife,or to such of my children as may need the
same,such amounts of the principal as my ~xecutor may deem
necessary for the care,maintenance and education of my wife
and children.
ld)Vpon the deatn of my wife,velena Halliard,to pay
the principal remaining unexpended to such of my children as
shall then be living in fee simple and absolutely.
(e)Children as used in this will shall include those
born during my life time as well as those born within nine

If)The discretion of my ~xecutor as to the time,manner
