1IT WILL
I,James N.Bristor,of Amwell Township,county of 'Yashington and
state of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understand-I
ing,do make and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and making void all former Wills by at any time heretofor
made.
Ii First.I will and desire that all of my just
expenses be fully paid from the first money coming
of my executors from my estate.I Second.It is my will and desire that my estate,both,real
personal and mixed property shall remain intact in the hands of
my beloved wife,Louie Bristor.She to have full use and control
of the same as long as she remains my widow.
Third.I will and desire that after the death of both myself I
and my wife and after the funeral expenses of each of us have been
paid that the residue of my estate,real,personal and mixed,where
ever found,I give,devise and bequeath and that the same shall be
divided equally among my fi~e daughters,namely,Arlie 1[cCrory,
Ines Conklin,Ethel Moninger,Olive Moninger and Nellie Sargent,
share and share alike after deducting what each one has received
from their share.To my sons I have already them their share.
Fourth.And I hereby give and empower my executors with full
power and authority to sell my real estate and to make and execute
such deeds as may be necessary the same as I could do if living.
Fifth.I hereby direct and my will is that should anyone or
more of my heirs cause or try to make trouble or contest my will
in any'way,such heir or heirs shall have nothing of my estate,and
that heirs share shall revert to my estate and bedivided among the
heirs who do not contest my will.
i'ILastly.I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my wife,
Louie Bristor assisted by my sons Charles L.and Robert L.Bristor,
to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament,they to act
in such capacity without Bond.
In Witness Whereof,I,James N.Bristor,the Testator above
named have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the
19th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
twenty-nine.
