I.ID HERRIOTT,of R.D.#4 Donald,llit.Pleasant Township,~1ashington County,Pennsylvania
oeing of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish this my last will and
testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1st.I direct that my body be decently interred and that my fQneral be conducted in a
manner corresponding with row estate and situation in life.
2nd.I direot that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied
by my Executor hereinafter named,as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
3rd.I direot that all my estate both real,personal and otherwise that I may have
at the t~me of my decease shall be given to my sister Lizzie Herriott to be used by her
during her lifetime,and at her death I give,devise and bequeath to Roy erriott,of R.D.
#4 MCDonald,Mt.Pleasant Township,Washington County~Pennsylvania,all my property
both real,personal or otherwise,his hears,assigns forever with the exception of one
set of China Dishes to be given to Helen Hiokman,of Sistersville,~.Va.at the time of
.umysistersdecease,and it is my wish that my brother WalDer erriott shall have the use
of the farm which I now live on during his life time with the exception of the house,yard
about the house,garden and ga~age of fhe house which I now reside to be for the use of
Roy Herriott,with the understanding that Walter Herriott shall pay all taxes,keep fire
insurance on all the ouildings on the farm large enough to cover their value,to keep all
buildings in good repair,and the farm in good condition,and also live on the farm,and
should he die or move off the farm,or fail to keep insuranoe paid up as aforesaid and all
taxes paid,the property shall immediately became the property without reservations of the
said Roy Herriott,his heirs and assigns forever.
nd lastly.I hereby constitute and appoint Roy Herriott as my Executor of this ~
last will and testament.
In witness whereof,I,Ada Herriott,the testratrix,have to this my last will and testament
ritten on one sheet of paper,set my hand and seal,this ~day of May .D.L935.
