FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses of my last illness and funeral. S~COND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath unto my brother, SAMUEL ~GASKILL,to have and to hold the same unto him,his heirs and assigns forever.
