LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,ANN GAVLIK,a resident of the Borough of Bentleyville,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
hereby revoke all wills and codicils,as well as all instruments
of a testamentary nature heretofore made by me,and do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament
lin manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and testa-
mentaryexpenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter named,
as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
i SE~OND:I hereby give,devise and bequeath all Qf myI
Iproperty,real,personal or mixed,of whatever nature and where-
i soever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of
at the time of my death,unto my husband,FRANK J.GAVLIK,if he
should predecease me or should die at the same time that I should
die,then and in that event,I give,devise and bequeath the said
property unto my children namely,'ROBERT GAVLIK,VINCENT GAVLIK
and JEFFERY GAVLIK in equal proportions,share and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint FRANK J.
GAVLIK,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
