I,JILLIAM N.COX,at present residing at 249 ,lest Cherry
venue,City of .iashington,'dashington County,Pennsylvania,do
make th~s my last will and testament.
1.I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to
be paid as soon after my decease as is convenient.
2.I authorize and direct my executor,hereinafter
named,to sell and convey my house and lot of ground situate
at the west end of the Village of .iolftown,in Canton Township,
County and state aforesaid,at either public or private sale,
and at such time and on such terms as he may think most advantage-
ous to my estate.
3.I give to my daughter,Maude Flender,Five Dollars
($5.00).
4.I give to my daughter,Mattie arshman,Five
Dollars ("5.00).
5.I give to my son,William D.Cox,Five Dollars
(5.00).
6.I give to my son,Thomas Edward Cox,Five Dollars
($5.00).
7.I give to my son,Robert M.Cox,Twenty-five
Dollars (~25.00).
__8.I give to my son,Ebenezer Kcclane Cox,Fifty
Dollars (~50.00).
9.I give to my son,Howard Cox,Fifty Dollars ('50.00).
10.I wish to be buried in my lot in the North Buffalo
Cemetery at the forth Buffalo United presbyterian Church.
11.I direct my executor to erect a suitable monument
in keeping lith the size of my estate.
12.All the residue and remainder of my estate I give,
devise and bequeath to my daughter,Orpha Holland,-11th whom I am

now residing,on condition that she takes care of me during my
emaini.ng years.
13.I appoint as executor of this will T.B.H.
rownlee,and in case of his death before mine,or his refusal to
serve for any reason,I appoint in his place the First National
Bank of Washington,Pennsylvania.
