I,Yeurith M.Billick of Monongahela City,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understand-
ing,do make,publish and declare this as and for my Last Nill
and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any and
all #ills and Testaments or V~itings in the nature thereof by me
at any time heretofore made.
First:I order and direct the payment of all my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease.
Second:I give,devise and bequeath unto my hus-
b~nd,H.T.Billick,his heirs and assigns,forever,all my prop-
erty,real,personal and mixed,of what nature or kind soever,
and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death.
Third:In event my said husband shall be deceased
at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath unto my
son,~ugene,the sum of Three Thousand and no/IOO ($3,000.00)Dol-
lars in cash;and all the rest,residue and remainder of my es-
tate,real,personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my
daughtel"",Lida,her heirs and assigns,forever.
Fourth:I do nominate,constitute,and appoint my
said husband,H.T.Billick,sole Executor of this my Last
..ill and Testament,and in case he should be deceased at the
time of my death,I do nominate,constitute,and appoint my
said daughter,Lida,to be Executrix of this my Last Will and
