April .D.1871,Letters Testamentary with a copy of the will
annexed upon the estate of Stewart Hickman,deceased,were duly
granted unto i oses Hickman,executor in said will named,who
being duly sworn did depose and say he would well and truly ad-
minister the goods and chattels,rights and credits which were
of said deceased according to law and faithfully comply with the
Acts of ssembly relating to Collateral Inheritances.
