by make,publish and declare this to be my last will Rnd testa-

I.I direct thRt Rll my just d~bts and funerRl ex-
penses be paid ano fUlly dischareed as soon as conveniently may
be after my decease.
2.I order and direct that my entire estate,real
and personal,be turned into money;and to this end I order and di-
rect my executor,hereinafter named,to make sale of any real es-
tate I TIay own at the time of my death,at either public or pri-
vate sale,as soon after my decease as shall be in my said execu'"
tor's juc'gment consistent with obtaining a fair price therefor;
hereby authorizing and empowering my said executor to make,exe-
rute and deliv~r proper deed or deeds for conveying to the pur-
chaser or pnrc'hasers of such real estRte title thereto.
