Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,
do hereby make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all testamentary writings heretofore made by me.'
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses,and
the expense of administering my estate,including the erection of a suitably
inscribed marker upon my grave,be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named,
as soon after my decease as may be practicable.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal or mixed,of whatever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,which
I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,devise
and bequeath unto my nephews,NATALINO BAZZOLI and ZELIO BAZZOLI,
of the City of Roncone,Provence of Trent,Italy,in equal shares,share and
share alike.
THIRD:I do nominate,constitute and appoint BRUNA B.
YARKOSKY,Exec utrix of this my Last Will and Testament,and I direct that
she shall not be required to file any bond or enter any security in any jurisdiction
I in which she might act.
