LAST WILL A1~D TESTA.MENT •
I,Marion Caldwell,of Donora,~ashington County,Pen -
sylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,
publish and declare,this as and for my last w 11 and testament,
hereby revoking and making null and void any and all wills and te
ments or writings in the nature thereof by me,at any time hereto
fore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex
penses be paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently be
done.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my es-
tate,whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same
may be situated at the time of my decease,I give,devise and be-
queath to my husband,John Caldwell,his heirs and assigns,for-
ever,providing however,that my said husband,John caldwell,is
living at the time of my death.In the event that the said John
Caldwell shall die before my decease,I do hereby give,devise and
bequeath all of my said property,whether real,personal or m xed,
and wheresoever the same may be situated at the time of my decease,
to my four children,their heirs and assigns,share and share ali a,
namely;Annie Plent,John Caldwell,Jr.,Elizabeth Neill and Arch-
ibald Caldwell.
I have hereunto placed my hand and
