I,-Nancy Jane Bell,of ~est Alexander Pa.being of sound
mind and memory and realizing the uncertainty of life,do hereby make
publish and declare this to be my l8st ~gill and testament,in
manner and form following,hereby revoking any wills made by me.
First;-I direct that should ~die before my qiater-Sophia ElizAbeth
SBell-that she shall have the full use of all that I posess both
real andLpersonal,and should the income of our joint estates,not
.be sufficient to keep her in the comfort that we have been accustomed
to,that she shall have the right to use the principal as it may be
necessary for her Care and needs.
Second;-I direct that at the death of my sister Sophia ~li7.abeth
Bell,that the income of whatever remains of my esyate,shall be
given to my brother John Milton-Bell of Roneys Point W.Va.during
his lifetime,and at his death shall be divided equally among his
children or their heirs,share and share alike.
Third;-I direct that Dr J.M.Timmons shall be appointed Executor of
this Will and that he be allowed to serve without giving bond.
