I,IRVAL E.FULMER,presently of the Borough of West Brownsville,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,with a mailing address of 704
Jefferson Avenue,West Brownsville,Pennsylvania,15417,do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and making void any and all wills by me at anytime hereto-
fore made.
FIRST:I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named,pay all of my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be practicable
after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,real,perso-
nal or mixed,of which I die seized or possessed or to which
I may be entitled at my dec0ase to my beloved wife,SARA E.
FULMER.
THIRD:If my beloved wife should predecease me,or if we should meet
our death in a common disaster,and she should not be able to
accept the devise and bequest of Paragraph Second aforesaid,
then and only in that case,I give,devise and bequeath all
of my property,real,personal or mixed,of which I die
seized or possessed or to which I may be entitled at my de-
cease to the UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OF CALIFORNIA,PENNSYL-
VANIA,located at Liberty and Third Streets,California,Penn-
sylvania,to be used for maintenance,repairs,additions or
improvements to the church building.
I fOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint SARA E.FULMER,my beloved
wife,to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament
and I direct that she shall not be required to enter securit
in any jurisdiction in which she may act.In the event that
SARA E.FULMER is not living or is not able to perform the

duties of Executrix,or is unable to qualify as such Execu-
trix for any reason,then and only in that case,I nominate,
constitute and appoint OLIVER N.HORMELL,ESQ.,Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament,and I direct that he shall
not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in
which he may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal to'this
two (2)page Last Will and Testament,this .~day of May,1974.
