LAST WILL AM)TESTAMENT OF ALFRED HARRISON BORMELL,
DENBO,'.JASHINGTON CO.PENNA.
I,Al~red Harrison Hormell,of Denbo,in Washington County,and State or
Pennaylvania;being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make
and publish this,'my last will and testament,hereby revoking and
making void all former wills by me at anytime heretorore made.
First -By reason of having a part interest in the estate of my Grand-
father H.H.Bormell,(deceased)as stipulated in his last will and
testament$duly recorded in the county Records of Fayette County,at
Uniontewn,Penna.Vis.:-
That part of said will as concerns~George S.Hormell,my Father(deceased)
and as his heir entitled to one-twelfth share of aroresaid B.H.Hormwll
estate.
Second:-It is my will and desire that in the event of my death before
the aforesaid estate of my Grandfather H.H.Hormell is totally and
finally settled;that my share,or the one-twelfth accr~ing to me as
a lawful heir of George 5.Hormell,be handled as follows:-
That a proper guardian or Trust company be appointed,by the Court in
behalf of my Daughter Alice Beatrice Hormell,my Daughter Eleanor
Louise Hormell,my Son Alfred Harrison HOl'mellJr.$my Son James David
Hormell,my Daughter Sarah Naomi Hormell,mySon Ronald Raymond Hormell,
my Daughter Glenna Sue Hormell,or any other of my lawful issue.
And I further desire:-
That such Guardian or ~rust company upon the reciept of any or all
funds from the aforementioned estate of H.H.Hormell accruing unto my
heirs,as such;be converted into cash and that such cash be distributed
to my Wife Mrs.Mary Frances Hormell at the rate of five-dollars per
month f"or herself..and r-ive-dollars per month for each of my children
