I,ANNA P.GABBY,of North Franklin Township,Washington
county,pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,pUblish and declare this as
and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
void all other wills,codicils,or testamentary writings by me
at any time hereto made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be done
after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature
and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath in equal
shares to my two daughters,Edith Gabby Dille and Helen Gabby
Yeager,absolutely and forever.
LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Edith
Gabby Dille and Helen Gabby Yeager,Executrices of this,my
Last Will and Testament,and hereby authorize and direct that
they serve as executrices without bond.
