Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time

AND as to my wordly estate and al the property,real,
personal or mixed,of which I shall or may d'e se'z d d
possessed or to which I shall or may be ntitled at the time of
my decease,I devise,bequeath and ispose thereof in the

Elliott the sum of ONE THOUSAND ($1,000.00 )DOLLARS.

Bethel Presbyterian Church in South Franklin Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,the sum of TWO HUNDRED ($200.00 )DOLLARS
in trust,however,to use the interest annually in cleaning the
graveyard at said place and keeping it in repair.
Item~.My Executor,hereinafter named,is to
erect a suitable stone or monument at my grave,the cost thereof
to be at his discretion but reasonable and in keeping with my
estate.
Item~.All of the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate I give,
devise and bequeath unto Humphrey Blakeway Elliott,J.B.Andre~,
William H.Andrew and Lecta Shape,share and share alike forever.
