Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills made by me,
at any time heretofore.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
and the costs of settlement of my estate which includes any trans-
fer tax be paid as soon as possiblJ after my death.
SECOND.I give and bequeath to D.L.Swart the mortgage he
owes me,the principal and the interest thereon.

I give and bequeath to Jennie Ross the sum of $100.
