I,JAMES CLINTON GREENLEE,being of sound and disposing
mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this My Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all prior wills or
codicils by me made.
First:I direct,my Executrix,hereinafter
named,to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
as may be convenient after my death.
Second:All the rest,residue and remainder
of my property,real,personal and miXed,I give,devise and
bequeath to my five children,James N.Greenlee,Elizabeth Jane
Anderson,Donald J.Greenlee,Marjorie Petrus and Francis C.
Greenlee,share and share alike.
In the event that any of my said
children are deceased at my death,then their share is to pass
to their -children,share and share alike.
Third:I hereby nominate,constitute and

appoint as Executrix of this My Last Will and Testament,my
daughter,Elizabeth Jane Anderson.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this IZ~day of July,nineteen hundred and fifty-four (1954).
