LAST IVILL AND TESTANENT
I,DECIMA ~ITERS GAYMAN,of North Bethlehem Township,Washington
County,Permsylvania,do make and publish the following as and for my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore
made:
FIRST:I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses of my
last illness be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND:To my nephew,EARL RAY FONNER,I give,devise and bequeath
my farm in North Bethlehem Township,\~ashington County,Pennsylvania,containing
68 Acres and known as the J.S Gayman Farm.
THIRD:All the rest and residue of my estate,of vThatsoever the
same may consist,I give,devise and bequeath to my said nephew,EARL RAY FONNER.
~LASTLY,I do hereby appoint my said nephew,EARL RAY FONNER,
Executor of this ~Last Will and Testament.
IN 1VITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th
day of February,1955.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above named Testatrix,
as and for her Last I,till and Testament,in the presence of us,who,at her request
and in her presence and in the presence of each other,have hereunto subscribed
