KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,PIERINA
FALAPPI,of the City of Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
And as to all of my estate,whether the same be
I real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoeve
situate,of which I die,seized and possessed,I give,devise and
bequeath as follows:
FIRST :I direct the payment out of my
estate of the expenses of my last illness and funeral as soon as
I conveniently possible after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever
situate,of which I die,seized and possessed,I give,devise and
I bequeath unto my three beloved children,WILLIAM FALAPPI,JOSEPH
FALAPPI,and RITA PIERACCIOLI,in equal one-third (1/3)shares,to
have and to hold the same unto them,their heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and
Iappoint WILLIAM FALAPPI,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament
I and direct that he shall not be required to enter security in any
jurisdiction in which he may act.
