First.I direct that 811 my just debts and flmeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. Second.I give SIll d be uea th unto my nephews,sons of my brot er -Isaac W.Clemens,deceased the following legacies,viz.to John H Clemens Six Thousand (6000.00)-ollars;to Jesse P.Clemens Five Thousand (5000.00)Dollars;;0 Archie H.Clemens Five Thousand (5000 00) Dollars. Fifth.I give and be ueath a legacy of One Thousand Dollars to the Salvation Army of ~ashington,Penna-;a similar legacy of One Thousand Dollars to the East Buffalo Presbyterian Church in Buf- falo Township in said"c~unty also a similar legacy of One Thousand Dollars to the FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF CLAYSVILL ,PENN • Sixth.I give and bequeath to the Nashington Cemetery,incor porated under the laws af the State of Penna.Five Hundred Dollars, the sane to be invested,held and.managed by the Officers of said Cemetery and pay the income therefrom,or as much as may be necessar to decorate the graves and keep in repair the lot in the Washington Cemetery in which my father,mother,brother and sister are buried- the superintendent of saia Cemetery to have charge of and superin- tend said decorations and repairs.I also direct my executors to have a monument erected on said lot in the Washington etery,the .- cost of which shall not exceed Two Thousand Dollars. Seventh.I give and bequeath to Cora •Mitchell,who has been our house-keeper for many years a legacy of Ten Thousand Dollars,to be paid to her in cash,also my Steinway Grand Piano and my Automobi e which I may own at t1:e time of my death-these three items are abso- lue gifts,and further I give to the CITIZENS NATIONAL BANK,WASHING T6N,P)...Ten Thousand Dollars,to hold in trust during the lifetime of too said Cora E.Mitchell,paying the incoIlE therefrom to her in quarterly paYments as long as she shall live,and upon her death sai trustee shall pay said trust fund of Ten Tpousand Dollars direct to my brother,William M.Clemens,if living,otherwise to his heirs per stirpes,taking a receipt and ,release from the party or parties to whom said fund is paid without the formality of filing an account in court.I aliso direct that my twenty fi.ve shares of stock in ~HE NATIONAL BANK OF CLAYSVILLE,PENNA.be transferred to and held by sa d CITIZENS N TIONAL BANK,WASHINGTON,FA.in trust during the lifetime of the sa.id Cora E.Mitchell,tiE e dividends therefrom to be paid to her as the sane are received,less said trustee's proper charges,as long'as slE shall live',8rll.d upon her death said twenty (25)sb3 res 0 stock shall be transferred to my brother William M.Clemens,if liv- ing,otherwise to be divided anongst his heirs per stirpes and not per capita. Eighth.I give and devise to the said Cora E.Mi tchell for the term of three yesrs after tl::c date of my death all my farm of 175 acres situate in Buffalo Tcwnship,Washington County,Pennsylvania. being the farm on which I now live,together with the improvements thereon,she to have all income therefrom including the oil royalty or any other income from oil and gas for the said term of three year after my death,but on condition and wi~h the understanding she will vpayalltaxesandkeepupallordinaryandnecessary repairs during her possession and.occupancy of t'ts said farm,and at the expiration od:'three years after my death I give,devise and be;queath all of my said farm of 175 acres more00r less in fee to my bratl~f'e~;'William U. Ninth.I order and direct my executors to sell and convey by a good and proper deed to the purchaser a house and lot recently ac- quired from lont R.i'leirich and wife,situate on Burton venue,City of Jashington,Pennsylvania. Tenth.It is my will that all household goods and personal effec s in and about my residence and my personal pr~erty,(other than on han.ds at time of my death)such as farming machinery,tools,s, horses and live stock of ev.ery kind,hay,straw,feed and growing crops,if any,on my said farm at the time of my death shall be left in the possession of the said Cora "'.iitchell during the three yea she occupies my said farm as provide -for in paragraph lleighthlT of this my will,and at the expiration of said three years (or sooner in case of her death)possession of such personal pr~erty so left in her possession shall be delivered to my brother,illiam :...Clem-... ens,if liVing otherwise to be surrendered by her to his heirs,if amicable distribution can be made by her,but-in case an amicable di - tribution cannot be rna de by her to said heirs,then I dire ct my exec utors to take possession of such goodS,as she may still have on han s and 'make a dis tributi on thereof to said heirs or make a sale thereof an.d account for the money received from said sale and have it distri buted to the said heirs of William M.Clemens by the Court.
