FIRST:-I order all my just debts and funeral expenses to
be paid by my Executor~hereinafter named~as soon as con-
veniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:-I give and bequeath unto my mother~Mrs.Pauline
Hordies,Houston~Washington County~Pennsylvania~my
house and lot~located on Midland Road,Houston,Pennsyl-
vania,and also the residue of my estate,real~personal
or mixed,of whatever nature or kind~or wheresoever situate
at the time of my decease.
AND LASTLY:-I do make,constitute and appoint my brother,
Victor Hordies,Houston,Pennsylvania,to be my sole Executor
without bond,of this my last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all former Wills and Testaments'by me at any time
heretofore made~and declaring this to be my last Will and
Testament.
