LAST WILL AND TESTN1ENT

ETHEL R.GORBY
I,Ethel R.Gorby,of the Borough of West Alexander,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and
declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking in full
all wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST.I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named,
shall pay all my just debts,funeral and burial expenses and costs
of administering my estate as soon as possible after my death.
SECOND.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature and where-
soever situate of which I may die possessed or in which I may have
any interest at the time of my decease,I give,devise and be-
queath unto my four children,Jean Beglin,Ann G.Church,Donald
R.Gorby and Thomas W.Gorby,in equal shares.
THIRD.I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughte ,
Ann G.Church,to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament.
