LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
HILDA S.GROSSMAN
I,HILDA S.GROSSMAN,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do make and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void
all other ~ills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses,including my gravemarker,shall be paid from my residuary
estate,as soon as practicable after my decease,as a part of
the expense of the administration of my estate.
2.I bequeath Seven Hundred ($700.00)Dollars to
the Beth Israel Congregation Cemetery for the purpose of es-
tablishing ?erpetual care for the follo~7ing four (4)cemetery
graves:
(a)The grave of my father,Louis Grossman;
(b)The grave of my mother,Jane Grossman;
(c)The grave of my sister,Lillian H.Grossman;
(d)My own grave.
3.I bequeath Twenty-Five (25)Per Cent of the
residue of my estate to Brenda Grossman,wife of my nephew,
Louis S.Grossman.
4.I bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate to my nephew,Louis S.Grossman.If he does not
survive me,then his share of my estate shall pass to his issue
