in the County of Washington and State of Pennsylvania ,being of sound
mind,memory and understanding,and considering the uncertainty of life,do hereby make,
publish and declare this my last ~iIl and m;e5tament,hereby revoking and making void any
and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Execut 0 I'
hereinafter named,as soon after my decease as may be convenient.

in full.
The following provisions must applyt
that my Son,William G.Fincik,Father of my Grandchildren,will
never be evicted from said properties as long as he wishes to remain;
also,he will not be charged any fees for living on said premises.
The properties cannot be sold by the above inheritors as long as
William G.Fincik,Father of the above children,wishes to remain on
said properties.
AND LASTLY.-I do make,constitute and appoint Eli Robert Alberts
to be Execut or of this my last Will and Testament.
