Testament and revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all
my just debts,funeral expenses,costs of administering my estate
and transfer inheritance taxes as soon as convenient after my
decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate of every character and wheresoever situated I will,devise

and bequeath unto my children Marjorie Sohn,John Griffiths,
Alice Sneden and Fredrick Griffiths,absolutely and in fee,
