LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,LOVRO GOVORCIN,of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament and
revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all my
just debts,funeral expenses,costs of administering my estate and
transfer inheritance taxes as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I direct that my body be cremated and my funeral
be kept at a minimum cost.I especially direct that my body shall
not be viewed and my remains disposed of as soon as possible.I
want to have Edward Krawczyk to have complete charge of my funeral.
THIRD:I have in my lifetime already provided for my
daughters,Mary,Kate and Anna and I leave them nothing in this Will.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
of whatsoever character,real,personal or mixed,I give,devise and
bequeath unto Ed Keener,who presently resides at 535 Park Avenue,
Canonsburg,Pennsylvania.
LASTLY,I do make,constitute and appoint Ed Keener as
Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament and direct him to
have the firm of Zeman and Zeman as counsel for my estate.
