LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MICHAEL FEDOR,of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament in manner and form following,hereby revoking and
making void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:If my wife,ANTONINA FEDOR,survives me for
a space of one calendar month,then,but not otherwise,I give,
devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate to her
absolutely and appoint her sole Executrix of this,my Will.
In the event that she does not survive me
for a space of one calendar month,then the following provisions
shall apply:
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature,and
wheresoever situate,to my children:BARBARA VELMER,DOLORES
STIENSTRAW,THERESA McCORMICK and ROSE MARIE KRAEER,share and
share alike.
FOURTH:I do hereby nominate and appoint my daughter,
BARBARA VELMER ,as Executrix,of this,my Last Will and Testament,
and to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,MICHAEL FEDOR,the Testator,
have to this,
