and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me._
~I direct that all my just debts and [uncial expenseS be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
~econd.I order and direct that all of my estate,real,personal
and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever situate,be converted into
money as soon as the same can conveniently be done after my decease
and for that purpose,I do hereby authorize,empower and direct my
said executors hereinafter named,and the survivor of them,to sell,
dispose of and convey in fee simple,all of my said real estate,
either by public or private sale or sales,without any liability of
the purchasers for the application,non-application or mis-application
of the purchase monies.I direct that my said executors shall use
their discretion as to the time of sale of said property and shall
not be required to dispose of the same nor any part thereof,within
one year from the date of my death.
Third.In appreciation of the devotion,assistance and kindnesses
so willingly given,I give and bequeath to my daughter,Della Carson,
the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00)Dollars,in cash.---
Fourth.Having advanced and loaned to the following of nlY
children,certain amounts of money,to wit:-Van Carson,the sum of
One Thousand ($~,OOO.OO)Dollars;C.Raymond Carson,the sum of One
Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00)Dollars;and Edgar Carson,the sum
of One Thousand Two Hundred ($1,200.00)Dollars;I order and direct
that such advances and loans,without any interest,shall be respec-
tively deducted from the respective shares of my'said children as
advancements and that distribution shall be made accordingly.-------
Fifth.Should my beloved wife,Lorinda Carson,survtve .me,then
I will and direct that my executors shall pay the income from my
estate to her for the term of her life.

ixth.fuen the whole of my residuary estate shall have been
conve~ted into money,and after the decease of my beloved wife,
Lorinda Car on,I ~ill and direct that the ~hole of my said residuary
estate shall be divided equally among my eight children,i.e.,Noah
F.Carson,John •Carson,Van C.Carson,Carl B.Carson,Della
Carson,C.aymond Carson,dgar Carson and Anna E.Carson,(with the
exception that the advancements before mentioned shall be deducted
on distribution.)

of my death,I ill and direct that the share herein provided for such
deceased child shall be given to the child or children of such deceas-
ed child of'mine and in the eve t that any child or children of mine
