BE IT REMEMBERED that I,John Chabre,also known
as Jean Chabre,also known as Jan Chabre,of Donora ashington
County,Pa.,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make,publish and declare thiS as and for my last will and testa-
ment,hereby revoking and making null and void any and all wills
and testaments,or writings in the nature thereof,by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SEOOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my property,
whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same may be
situate at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath to my
wife,Caroline Chabre,to have and to hold the same to her own
proper use and behoof,her heirs and assigns,forever.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my Wife,Caroline Ohabre,as
the executrix of this my last will and testament.
