I,Harry M.Chalfant,being of sound mind
and body,do make this my last Wiil and testament.
With gratitude to Almighty God for the bless-
ings He has conferred upon me,and the opportunities He has
given me to be of some service to my fellowmen,I commit my
soul to HiS care and my loved ones to ~s tender mercies.
After the payment of my just debts,I will
and bequeath all my property,real and personal,to my beloved
wife,Elizabeth R.Chalfant,to have and to hold for the
benefit of herself and our children.
I hereby appoint my said wife,Elizabeth
R.Chalfant,to be the executrix of my estate,to serve without
bond,with the suggestion that in all important business
matters she take counsel with my brother,o.S.Chalfant,or
my nephew,Henry A.Frye.
