First,r dirAct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be first paid.
Second,I devise and be ueath the remainder of y rc _arty

ry Christy,to be held by her during the term of h r natural
lif~-or until her r~marriageJ if it should so happen that she
shall marry again.
Third,upon the death-or remarriage'of my said wife--r devise

livi g at the time of her death or remarriage,and I hereby
delegate and give full authority,to my said wife to-aistribute'
