I,SUE FRANKS,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,
and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I give,devise and bequeath unto my sister,Anna
Olshock,all of my estate,real,personal and mixed,and wherever
situate,her heirs and assigns forever,_
2.I nominate,constitute and appoint my sister,Anna
Olshock,to be Executrix of this my Will,and I direct that she
shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in
which she may act.
3.I authorize and empower my Executrix,for the pay-
ment of debts or for any purpose of administration or distribution,
at any time within two (2)years from the date of my death,to sell
all or any of my real estate,at public or private sale,for such
prices and upon such terms as to cash and credit as she may deem
best,and to execute deeds of conveyance thereof,without liability
on the part of the purchasers to see to the application of the pur-
chase moneys.This power shall not be construed to work a con-
version of my real estate,unless and until the power is actually
exercised,nor shall this power be construed to extend the lien of
debts.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have set my hand and seal to this,
my Last Will and Testament,this 1J~day of July,1951.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by Sue Franks,
the above n~led testatrix,as and for her Last Will and Testament,
in the presence of us,who at her request,in her presence,and in
the presence of each other,all being present at the smae time,have
hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
