LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ANICA B.CHAMBERS.
I,ANICA B.CHAMBERS,unmarried,of 141 South College
street,Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby
make this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses,including the cost of erecting a suitable monument,be
paid by my Executors hereinafter named,as soon as convenient
after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath unto my nephews,John C.
Humbird and Joseph O.Chambers,the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)
Dollars each,with which I desire each to purchase a gold watch
of such make and style as he may select.
THIRD:I give and bequeath unto my friends,Mrs.C.N.
Brady,Miss Ethe~ind C.Reed,Miss Florence B.Ewing,J.E.B.Cunn
ingham and A~exander P.Reed,each the sum of One Hundred ($100.00
Dol~ars,with which I desire each of them to purchase such keep-
sake or remembrance as he or she may select.
FOURTH:All the rest,resi:due and remainder of my es-
tate,real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,
Emma C.Humbird,and my brother,Henry P.Chambers,share and shar
alike,and in the event of the death of either one of them prior
to my death,the children to take the share the parent would have
taken if liVing.
FIFTH:Should my executor deem it advisable to dispose
of the real estate of which I die seized,I hereby authorize it
to sel~the same at its discretion,at either public or private
sale,and empower it to make,execute and deliver the necessary
