MY WILL,
I,Canada Hewitt,of North Bethlhem Tmmship,ashington county
and State of Pennsylvania,do make and publish this for my last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former wills bj me at any
time heretofore made.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
together with the costs of settling my estate be fully paid as soon
as convenient after my decease,and that the state inheritance tax
be paid out of my estate before distribution.
Second.As to all the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed property,Whatsoever and whereso-
ever,of which I shall die seized and possessed,or to which I
shall be entitled to at the time of my death,I give,devise and
bequeath to my wife,Lucy Hewitt for and during her natural life
time to use the profits and income therefrom and should it become
necessary that she have proper care,apart of the principal or
property may be used,amI whatever remains after the death or my
Wife,Lucy Hewitt,I give,devise and bequeath all the remainder
of my estate to my daughter,Lizzie Mong.
Lastly.I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,
Lizzie Mong,executrix of this my last will and testament.

hand and seal this the 23rd day of December in the year of our

the testator above named,as and for his last will and testaMent
