L TESTAME:tJT.
I,S S.CROUCH of Canonsburg,ashington County,Pennsyl-
vania,hereby revoking all other 1 ills by me at any time heretofore
made,and being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make
this my Last Will and Testronent as follows:
FIRST.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be after my decease.
I give and bequeath to my thre~sisters,share and share
alike,all of my furniture,silverware and household goods,but if no
amicable division can be made,then my Executor ,hereinafter named,is
to sell the same and divide the proceeds of said sale equally between
them.
THIRD.I hereby direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to sell
at pUblic or private sale,and w~thout Court order,all of my real
estate and especially my home property at No.218 Belmont venue,
Canonsburg,Pa.,and to make,execute and deliver to the purchaser
or purchasers thereof a good and sufficient deed or deeds for tba
same,and of the proceeds of said sale to pay to my beloved husband,
,illiam H.Crouch,the one-half (1/2)thereo~,and to divide the re-
maining one-half (1/2)thereof equally between my three sisters and
my brother,.Clark mi tho
FOURTH.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest and residue
of my estate,the one-half thereof to my beloved husband,illiam H.
Crouch,and the remaining one-half (1/2)to be equally divided amongst
my three sisters and my brother .Clark Smith,who are to be my
residuary legatees and devisees.
