Last Will and Testament of Mike Belan
I,Mike Belan,of Donora,liashington County,Penn§ylvania,being of Sound
mind and mem'rY,do hereby make this to be my last will and testament,
hereby revoking any and all will ar wills by me heLetofore made,
FIRST;I direct that all my just debts and fumeral expenses be
paid by my executrix hereinafter named as soon after my decease as
to her shall seem proper.
Second;I hereby will and bequeath unto my loving wife,Zuzanna
Belan,absolutely the vacant lot situate in the Borough of ~onora,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being lot No.8 in Block No.76,lying
between Fifteen street and Boundary Alley,Fronting on Meldon avenue,
Twenty ~.o (22)feet and running back an even width,one Hundred (100)
feet to Todd Alley.
Also the two lots in the same Borough,being lots nunlber 50 and
51 in Block Number 67,lying between Lustig Alley and Fourteen street,
Fronting on Meldon Avenue"Together 44 feet aand running back One hundred
(100)feet to Todd Alle;y,on which therG are erected two ,two story frame
dwellings.to have and to hold ~bs~lutely.
Third,T hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my said Loving P'ife,
Zuzanna Belan to be my sale executrix of t}'is my last will and te~t~~e~t,
with a~y bond or accounting to anyone.
In Witness whereof.I have hereunto set my hand and seal,this
twenty seventh (27)day of June,A.D.1917.
