I,Lucy M.Holmes of bouth Strabane Township,
in the County of ~ashington and State of Pennsylvania,do
make this my last will and testament,hereby revoking any and
all former wills by me heretofore made.
FIH&1':I direct all my just debts to be paid.
S~L;UND:I give,devise and bequeath to my son,
Everett H.Holmes,ashington,R.D.1,all my estate real,per-
sonal and mix8d,said estate having been principally realized
from the estate of my late husband,William H.HoI es,my
personal property including all moneys in the banks and due
from banks,all moneys due from Lodges or any other moneys,
an automobile and a truck,one lot of bUilding material and
supplies,certain notes du'e from various parties and certain
book accounts,etc.
THlrtU:1 hereby appoint my son,Everett H.Holmes,
of South Strabane 'l'ownship,~~ashington County,Pennsylvania,
to be the executor of this will and I request that he shall
be exempt from giving surety or sureties on his official bond.
