II 1.I request that I be buried in Beth Israel Cemetery, jwashington,Pennsylvania. 2.All of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of what- Isoever nature,or wheresoever situate,which I may own or have the I right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,devise and be- queath unto my beloved wife,ROSE GINSBURG,absolutely,providedI only she is living thirty days after my death. 11 3.In the event my wife is not living thirty days after Imy death,I give and bequeath to MELLON NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST ,COMPANY an amount equal to Five Thousand ($5,000.00)Dollars for Ileach of my grandchildren who may be living at my death,to be held 'in separate trusts for the benefit of those grandchildren.The Trustee shall invest the Trust funds as hereinafter provided,and 'Ishall accumulate the net income therefrom,reinvesting said ac-, cumulated income as a part of the principal of the Trusts.The I ITrustee,in its discretion,however,may distribute any or all ofI . Ithe net income and principal of each Trust fund for emergency I edical expenses of the respective beneficiary,if no other sources for the same are readily available.As each beneficiary attains \ Ithe age of 21 years,the principal and accumulated income of his I Trust shall be transferred and delivered absolutely to such bene-I \ficiary.In the event of the death of any beneficiary prior to hiSI Iarrivingattheageof21years,the then principal and accumulated lincome of his Trust shall be transferred and delivered to the other Trust funds established under this paragraph to be held and dis- '~ributed in accordance with the provisions applicable thereto.
