LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOHN EDWIN CRALL.

I,JOHN EDWIN CRALL,of Monongahela City,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,pUblish and declare this
to be my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making ~
void each and every former will,and all former wills,by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:-I order and direct my Executrix,hereinafter
named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses,as soon
as conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:-I give and bequeath all my jewelry,and all
my guns to my son,Charles Donald Crall.
THIRD:-I give and bequeath all my w~aring apparel,all
my silverware,plate,linen,pictures,china,carpets,beds,bed-
ding,and all household goods and furniture Whatsoever,to my
wif~,Grace Crall,her heirs and assigns forever.
FOURTH:-All the rest,residue and remainder of my
property and e~tate,real,personal and mixed,of every kind
and nature,wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath
as follows:-the undivided two-thirds (2/3)thereof to my wife,
Grace Crall,her heirs and assigns forever,absolutely and in
fee simple,and the undivided one-third (1/3)thereof to my
son,Charles Donald Crall,his heirs and assigns forever,ab-
solutely and in fee simple.
FIFTH:-I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
Grace Crall,Guardian of,the Estate of my said son,Charles 1
Donald Crall,during his minority.
SIXTH:-I nominate,constitute and appoint my Wife,
