I,the undersigned,William Fletcher Cain,of Wa hington ,
Penn lvania,do hereby make this my last "ill and testament I
hereby revoking any and all will by me heretofore made.
1.I give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,
Anp1e L.Powell Cain,all of my estate,real,personal and mixed,
of every kind and nature and wheresoever situa~ed,for and during
the term of her natural life or so long as she remains my widow;
at the death of my said wife or in the event she remarries,I give,
devi e and bequeath all of my said estate to my children,Floyd R.
Ca n,Gl nn S.Cain and Gladys Crile,abSOlutely,share and share
aliflke.
2.If my aid wife,while she remains my wid w,
desires to sell or dispose of or encumber any or all of y said
estate,real,personal or mix d,she is hereby authorized and
empowered to do so;and if my said wife,while she remains my wido ,
sell or disposes of or encumbers any or all of my real estate,she
is hereby authorized and empowered to execute and deliver as good
and.su1"fic1ent deed or deeds,mortgag or mortgages,or any other
documents,as I could have done had I been living.My said wife
ball have the r1 ht to use and dispose of for her own use any or
all of my said estate,during her life or while she remains my
widOW,and the balance remaining at her dea~h or remarriage is
hereby given,devised and bequeathed to my children as hereinbefore
stated.
