F.H.LaVIGNE being first duly sworn,deposes and says:-
That he is an officer,to-wit:An Assistant Trust Officer
of AMERICAN TRUST COMPANY,a California corporation;that said
AMERICAN TRUST COMPANY is the duly appointed,qualified and acting
Executor of the Last Will and Testament of ESTELLE GRAY HEYNEMANN,
also known as ESTELLE GRAY LHEVINE,also known as ESTELLE GRAY,
also known as ESTELLE FRANKLIN,Deceased;that at the time of
said Decedent's death she was a resident of the County of Alameda,
state of California,and was not indebted to any person in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania;that this affidavit is being executed
by affiant for the purpose of obtaining the consent of the Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania to the transfer of Certificate of Deposit
No.NY2~4 evidencing $2,000.00 par value DUQUESNE GAS CORPORATION
6%bonds from Decedent's name;and that the proposed assignment
and/or transfer of said Certificate of Deposit is not made or
to be made for the purpose of removing any of the assets of the
Decedent beyond reach of any creditors of said Decedent ~e
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
