I,Ethel Gafric,also called Ethel Gaffrick,of South
Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,hereby make,
publish and declare this my last will and testament,hereby 1"'e-
voking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid.
SECOND:1 give,devise and bequeath unto my husband,
Frank Gaffrick,all my property,real,personal and mixed,to
I
have,hold and enjoy during the term of his natural life.
THIRD:At the death of my said husband,Frank Gaff-
rick,I give,devise and bequeath all my estate unto my six child-
ren,Anna Gesiak,Emma Cimino,Mary Dubay,George Gafric,Helen
Heiney,and Frank Gafric,to be equally divided among them.
FOURTH:I hereby make,constitute and appoint my
daughter,Emma Cimino,executrix of this my last will and testa-
ment.
IN WITNESS WHERBOF,I have herennto set my hand and
seal this 13th day of November,1946.
