I,the undersigned,AVONELLE LOUISE FREEHLING,of Canton
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make and
declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament,revoking
any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses of
my last illness be paid as soon as possible after my death.
2.I give,devise and bequeath my entire estate,real,
personal and mixed,and wherever situated,to the following
persons in the following proportions:
(a.)To my Niece,JEANE CHEESEBROUGH,of Avella,
Pennsylvania,One-Fifth (1/5).
(b.)To my Niece,DOROTHY McKEAN,of Poughkeepsie,
New York,One-Fifth (1/5).
(c.)To my Step-Daughter,ELMA SULLIVAN,of Atlanta,
Georgia,One-Fifth (1/5).
(d.)To my Step-Son,ALVIN FREEHLING,of Houston,
Texas,One-Fifth (1/5).
(e.)To my Great-Nephew,DAVID HARTZELL,of Washing-
ton,D.C.,One-Tenth (1/10).
(f.)To my Great-Niece,JANET HARTZELL HALL,of
Rochester,Pennsylvania,One-Tenth (1/10).
).If any of the persons named above should pre-decease
me but should die leaving issue surviving them,I direct that
the deceased person's share of my estate shall be distributed
to their issue.
4.I nominate and appoint WAYNE GHEESEBROUGH,of Avella,
Pennsylvania,to act as Executor of my estate.
