I,Margaret E.Chester,a resident of Monongahela City,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do
make,publish and declare this my last will and testament,hereby revoking
any and all wills heretofore made by me.
Item I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenien.t.
Item II.I give,devise and bequeath unto my two
granddaughters,Celeana Reynolds and ~rieana Reynolds,abeelute and
forever the folloWing premises:KNOWN and being all that certain lot
or parcel of ground lying and being in the Second Ward of Monongahela
City,Washington'County,Pennsylvania,bounded and described as follows;
to wit;Beginning Fifty (50)feet East from the intersection of Hill~an
street and Park Avenue,on said Park Avenue and runnbng East by line
of said Park Avenue Fifty (50)feet;thence North 3%East for One Hun-
dred Eighty-Seven (187)feet to line of I.Shelby Crall thence by lin8
of I.helby Crall North 8~!O West for Fifty (50)feet;then South 3!
West One Hundred Eighty-Seven (187)feet to the point of beginning be-
ing lot "13 tt in the plan of lots surveyed by J.Sutton Wall.The said
premises to be divided equally between them,share and share alike.
Item III.All that 1/5 interest which I possess in
the Caroline Cady Estate,I give devise and bequeath to Monongahela
City Trust Company,of Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
IN TRUST NIDJERTHELESS,for the following uses and purposes:
(A)All the rental income therefrom,I do direct
that the said Trustee shall have full power
and authority to receive,to take,collect,.
receipt for and deposit in a reliable bank
for and as the property of my two said grand-
daughters,Celeana Reynolds and Arleana Rey-
nolds,until they reach the age of Twenty-One

(B)In the ~~ent of a sale of the said premises
in the said Estate of Caroline Cady,then
I empower the said trustee to ~ake a deed
for my share in the said Estate;from my
share of the proeeeds of the said Estate in
the event of the said sale,I do direct that
the said trustee shall deduct and pay there~
from a certain note signed by me payable to
the Alexander &eompany Bankers.The remain-
der of my share of t he proceeds I do direct
that the said trustee shall deposit in 8 re-
liable bank for my two granddaughters until
they reach the age of Twenty-One (21)years.

(c)I do direct that the said trusteeship shall
exist only until my two said granddaughters,
Celeana Reynolds and Arleana Reynolds,shall
reach the age of Twenty-One (21)years;then
and at that time my said 1/5 interest or share
in the said Caroline Cady Estate,shall be
vested in them,absolutely,share and share
alike,provided,however,that when~ver the
said premises in the Caroline Cady Estate
shall ever be sold then the said note signed
by me payable to the Alexander &Company Bankers,
shall be paid out of the proceeds of my share.
Item IV.I give,bequeath and grant unto my grand-
daughter Celeana Reynolds my What-Not;I give and bequeath to.my grand~
daughter Arleana Reynolds my York Piano;I give and bequeath unto my
granddaughter Martha Joyce Ashworth my Silver Tone Victrola;I give and
bequeath unto my granddaughter Helen Margaret Chester,my quilt;I give
and bequeath unto my grandson Porter Chester certain Nine (9)plates;
all the rest remainder and residue of my furniture I give and devise
unto my two granddaughters,Arleana Reynolds and Celeana Reynolds,share
and share alike.
Item V.I give and bequeath unto my son Vernon H
Chester the sum of One ($1.00)Dollar;I give and bequeath unto my
daughter essie Blum the sum of One ($1.00)Dollar;I give and bequeath
unto my daugh er ary Farley t e sum of One (1.00)Dollar;~give and
bequeath unto my daughter Jessie Smith,the sum of One (1.00)Dollar;
all the rest residue and remainder of my personal property hatsoever
ituate I give,bequeath and devise unto my two granddaughters Arleana
Reynolds and Celeana Ryynolds.
Item VI.I hereby nominate and appoint the Monongahela
City Trust Company of Monongahela,Penns lvania,it's successorR and
assigns~as the Executor of this my last will and testament,and I do
direct that no bond shall be required of such Exeoutor.
WITNESS hereof I have hereunto set my hand to this last

possession of the Secretary of Banking of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania,and
Whereas Letters have not as yet been issued upon said
state.
The onongahe1a City Trust Company in the possession of
William D.Gordon,Secretary of Bankning of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania,by L.•Dennison,Special eputy as gent,hereby
renounces its right to administer on said Estate.
