FIRST:I direct that my Executrices shall,as soon as conveniently may be done,pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and erect a suitable monument for my burial place. SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter, Frances L.Grodecour,all my household goods and furnishings,my jewelry and wearing apparel. THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate of every kind and nature,including real,personal and mixed prop- erty,I divide into two equal or one-half portions each.One of said portions I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Frances L.Grodecour,her heirs and assigns.From and out of the other one-half portion,I give,devise and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00)Dollars to my grandson,John Patrick Frawley Curry and the remainder of said one-half portion,I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Marjorie,L.Curry. FOURTH:I hereby authorize my Executrices to convert into money any real estate owned by me or in which I may have an interest,and for such purposes I do hereby authorize and empower my Executrices to sell and convey,in fee simple,all my real estate,in whole or in parts,either at public or private sale, without any liability to the purchaser for the application,non- application or mis-application of the purchase money,and to exe- cute and deliver all such Deeds or other assurances as I could have done if living,and pending such sales,I hereby authorize and direct my Executrices to lease my said real estate,in whole 0 in part,upon such terms and for such rentals as my Executrices shall deem most advantageous to my estate.
